the studio flat offers short-term lets to actors/artists and friends/family. It is ideally situated only a 2 minute walk from Scarborough railway station and the Stephen Joseph Theatre. It is a luxurious self-contained apartment, with bathroom, kitchen and bedroom/living room. Sleeps 2.
The studio flat is owned by artist, Helen Birmingham, and shares 5 Belle Vue Parade with the studio gallery and Helen’s own working studio. It offers quiet and discreet accommodation, with security and peace of mind, together with all the home comforts you need when you’re away from home. Helen provides a complimentary welcome pack containing some basic essentials: milk, coffee, tea, sugar etc but can also arrange for any personalised shopping to be sourced and delivered to the flat for your arrival.
the studio flat offers you a space you can call your own, but with the knowledge that friendly help and local advice is on hand if you need it.
£175 per week
A one week booking is taken from 12.00 noon on a Monday until 10.00am the following Monday
A daily rate of £35.00 will be charged for part weeks or any additional days. There is a minimum booking requirement of 2 nights.
This is a no smoking house.
No pets are allowed in the studio flat.
A family dog and cat live at the property but do not have access to the flat.
Ground floor entrance hall shared with the studio gallery
Self –contained flat: Sleeps 2.
Central heating, luxury facilities.
On-street parking vouchers available.
Own keys. Guests welcome.
Separate bathroom with wc, basin, full size bath and separate walk-in double shower. Shaving point .
Fully fitted kitchen area, with microwave, grill, hotplate, fridge/freezer and sink.
Access to washing machine and tumble dryer on request.
Large bedroom/living room. Very large double can be easily separated into two single beds.
Useful working area, with wireless internet access. Dining table can extend to comfortably seat 4.
Comfortable sofa and seating area. TV with DVD, freeview and multimedia interface.
Large wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Dressing gowns and towels provided.
